Terms of Service
Last updated: June 11, 2026
By using Plenith you agree to these terms. Plenith is a service by marolabs.
The service
Plenith is a private tool for organizing your financial life. It is not financial, tax, or investment advice — decisions you make are your own.
Your account and passphrase
You are responsible for safeguarding your password, encryption passphrase, and recovery key. Because Plenith is zero-knowledge, we cannot recover them: if you lose them, you will permanently lose access to your data.
Acceptable use
Use Plenith lawfully. Don't attempt to breach security, access others' data, or disrupt the service.
Availability and warranties
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. We may change or discontinue features. Prices and market data are informational and may be delayed or inaccurate.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, marolabs is not liable for indirect damages or for data loss resulting from the loss of your passphrase or recovery key.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll post the current version here with its date.
